Maksym Krippa continues to expand his presence across critical sectors of Ukraine’s economy. One of his latest ventures includes becoming a co-owner of a major development firm engaged in large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. This move aligns with his long-term investment strategy focused on industries with strong and sustainable growth potential.

Over the past two years, businessman Maksym Krippa has invested more than $100 million into Ukrainian businesses. His interests go far beyond real estate — he actively supports tech startups, innovative solutions, and IT companies. His philosophy centers on fostering long-term partnerships, building ecosystems, and cultivating resilient businesses, rather than making one-off investments.

Kyiv Real Estate: Strategic Assets

Among Krippa’s notable acquisitions is a mansion in the upscale suburb of Kozyn near Kyiv. The property was secured via public auction, with the price escalating from 187 to 311 million UAH. There are plans to repurpose the building into a cutting-edge NAVI headquarters or a luxury wellness center.

“Parus” Business Center

In 2023, Krippa acquired the iconic “Parus” business center — a Class A skyscraper in central Kyiv featuring 34 floors and modern amenities. The deal, approved by Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee, also included settling approximately 600 million UAH in debt left by the previous owner.

Hotel “Ukraina”

During open bidding on the Prozorro platform, Krippa purchased the landmark Hotel “Ukraina” located on Kyiv’s Independence Square for 2.5 billion UAH. With VAT included, the total value of the transaction reached nearly 3 billion UAH. At the initial stage, the deal contributed 500 million UAH in tax revenues to the state budget.

Tech and GameDev: A Bet on Esports

Krippa has been a key player in Ukraine’s esports scene since 2018. He invested in the broadcasting studio Maincast and became the sole owner of NAVI in 2022. In 2023, he secured a controlling stake in GSC Game World — the studio behind S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, released in 2024. He also serves as the head of Ukraine’s Esports Federation.

International Ventures: Real Estate in the UAE

Since relocating to the UAE in 2016, Krippa began acquiring real estate when prices per square meter were 5–7 times lower than in 2025. Today, he holds over 100,000 square meters of residential and commercial property across the region.

One of his flagship international developments is located near Dubai Mall — a high-profile project designed to solidify his footprint in the Middle Eastern market.
